Administrative Responsibilities- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from customers, partners, and team members.- Maintain an organized filing system for both digital and physical documents.- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports.- Manage office supplies and inventory.- Upkeep of office equipments.2. Events Operational Support- Assist with in-house (Classes and events) and outdoor (field trips) basic planning and execution support - Logistics, Scheduling, Communication etc3. Financial Management:- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and financial transactions.- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are accurate.- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for CXO level executives.About GiftdMinds :GiftdMinds Learning Pvt.
