Associate Product Manager

Skills & Responsibilities
Must Have
Product Lifecycle Management: Ability to own a portion of the product lifecycle for core platforms.
Requirement Translation: Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams for timely, high-quality delivery.
Technical Familiarity: Comfortable working with APIs, Jira, & Figma.
Agile Proficiency: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Nice to Have
Domain Understanding: Knowledge of the Lending ecosystem to design tailored LOS features.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with lending regulations during product development.
Education
Minimum: Bachelor's in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
Nice-to-have: MBA/PGDM with a tech background from a reputed business school.
Experience & Background
Total Full-Time Work Experience: 1–4 years.
Prior Experience:
Experience as a PM Intern, Business Analyst, or in a Product Associate/Analyst role.
Industry experience in Fintech, Banking, SaaS/PaaS products with experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) or Supply Chain Finance (SCF) or Loan Management System (LMS)
Location & Work Arrangement
Location: Navi Mumbai (Millennium Business Park)
Work Arrangement: This is a 5 Day work-from-office role.
