Mechanical Fired Heater Equipment Engineer

Skill Set: Fired heater, HAZOP, Incinerator, Flare, Boiler, Licensor, thermal ratings, Commissioning, ITB,

Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Location: Mumbai (India)

Job Description:

EPC experience longer than 8 years for the below items and technologies

Expertise at Incinerator, flare stack, fired heater, boiler and other fired equipment

Experienced at reviewing and clarifying specifications, ITB documents

Experienced at Material requisition, technical bid evaluation, vendor print check, trouble shooting, meeting with Client / Licensor / Vendors, 3D model review, HAZOP, FAT/SAT

Knowledge and experiences for burner, refractory, fan, blower, lube oil system, air preheater and other auxiliary items (preferable for the experiences in De NOx system, De SOx system, ESP)

Knowledge and experiences for control, instruments, logic for fired equipment

Knowledge for combustion, emission, mechanical engineering

Experiences for responsible for coordination, management, shop inspection, site construction, site commissioning, site operation

Willingness over 6 months overseas staying and works (e.g. Seoul-HQ, Vendor shop, Site in Middle east or other countries)

Preferable for computer skills or understanding in softwares (e.g. Software for Document, 3D model, Drawings, thermal rating, structural analysis, etc.
