  • Bachelors degree and/or applicable experience in the information / computer technology field

  • 2+ years experience as a people manager (direct reports)
  • In-depth experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (previous experience with Demandware is of interest)
  • High-level understanding of Marketing technologies like Customer Data Platforms, Azure, Snowflake and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or any other marketing campaign tools)
    • Site performance monitoring, Caching strategy, diagnostic tools, and optimization methodologies.
  • Experience directly leading, developing people and teams is required.
  • Knowledge of cloud ecosystems (aws, azure, Kafka, Mulesoft, Kubernetes, etc.) is required.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and lead teams.
  • Experience working with retail and ecommerce applications; you will have revenue generated experience
  • Deep familiarity with the web platform and its technical underpinnings
  • Experience in working with Enterprise Content Management Systems, Digital Asset Management and Product Information management systems.
  • Ability to work comfortably across browser and server environments
  • Comfortable working in complex and large-scale production environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism in working collaboratively at all levels inside and outside of the organization.
  • Strong e-commerce site-build background with deep technical expertise in:
  • Java, J2EE, Spring, Rest API development
  • HTML5, CSS, and Javascript (Jquery, BootStrap)
  • Advanced JS knowledge
    • Broad experience (interactivity, forms, plug-in detects, etc.)
    • Experience with OO JavaScript Patterns
  • Experience leveraging Web standards, fluency in XML and JSON
  • Experience with source control methodologies
  • Deep knowledge of and discipline in the application of Web development best practices
  • Advanced knowledge of CI/CD tools & developer management tools
  • Strong Technical Web Site Optimization Experience
