Job Title: Kids Yoga & Meditation Trainer

Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in children's yoga and meditation
Education/Certification: Certified Yoga Instructor (preferably with specialization in children's yoga and mindfulness)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Yoga & Meditation Trainer for Kids to lead engaging and age-appropriate yoga and mindfulness sessions. The ideal candidate will be able to create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment that supports children's physical flexibility, emotional regulation, focus, and overall mental well-being through yoga, breathing techniques, and meditation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead yoga and meditation sessions tailored to children aged (insert age range, e.g., 4–12 years)
• Incorporate storytelling, music, and games to introduce mindfulness and meditation in a fun, accessible way
• Teach age-appropriate breathing techniques, relaxation exercises, and guided meditation practices
• Promote emotional balance, concentration, and calmness through simple, engaging mindfulness activities
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants, adapting practices to suit varying skill levels and needs
• Observe and track children's progress and behavior, adjusting content as needed
• Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and staff about student progress and well-being
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the yoga/meditation space and equipment
• Contribute to school or organizational wellness programs and events as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
