Job Title: Property Field Executive
Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site visits to assigned properties to ensure upkeep and smooth operations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and other property-related services.
  • Assist in property management activities including inspections, documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and timely execution of tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between property owners, tenants, and vendors for effective communication.
  • Report daily/weekly updates on property status and vendor performance to management.

Qualifications:

  • Any graduate, preferably with experience in property management/real estate/facility management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle on-ground operations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within Pune.

Salary: As per industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
