Department: Vehicle Dynamics and Performance
Youwill: In the Performancevertical of the department we look after various vehicleperformance related features like acceleration top speed ridingmodes range drivability etc. A closed loop simulation cum analysisis required between battery motor and vehicledynamics subsystem. Asenior engineer for battery and motor related algos would beworking as a developer as well as guiding the existing engineers inthe Performance vertical.You must have any or acombination of any of the following skills:
  • Developvarious vehicle (battery motor etc.) subsystem model in asimulation environment and validate it with the real system.
  • Develop system and control models inMATLAB/Simulink.
  • Responsible for developmentof various vehicle performance related features algorithms whichsit on BMS and motor controller from the simulation environment tovalidation on hardware/vehicle.
  • Developbattery and motor control software design concepts in support ofsystem requirements.
  • State flow baseddevelopment for various Body Control Module logics.
  • Create technical documentation i.e. conceptdocuments system functional and design specifications technicalspecifications and test reports for all designs
  • Interact with other teams (battery motorvehicle dynamics etc) to develop various algorithmscollaboratively.
  • Software development usingvarious code generation tools (preferably C/C)
  • Working on future projects like tractioncontrol aggressive regenerativebraking
  • 3years experience
  • Experience withMatlab/Simulink
  • Engineeringfield: EC EE EI Electrical
  • Aconfident and effective problem solver and decisionmaker whilstworking under pressure
