You Ship:  You have a deep, practical understanding of deployment. You're comfortable in a cloud environment (like AWS/GCP/Azure) and know what it takes to get code into the hands of users.

You Thrive on Speed:  The idea of a "fast-paced environment " energizes you, it doesn't intimidate you.
