We enable our partners and clients to simplify licensing, enhance security, and optimise their IT operations through our powerful cloud portal.Role Overview We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead the growth of our cloud services portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with IT resellers and MSPs, and driving sales across our product stack – including Microsoft licensing, backup solutions, cloud telephony, and cybersecurity platforms.Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and onboard new channel partners and MSPsPromote and sell Auscomp’s cloud services including:Microsoft 365 & AzureVembu Cloud Backup solutionsAccess 4 Cloud Telephony (UCaaS)TeamT5 Cybersecurity solutionsConduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients and partnersMaintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring retention and upsellingManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing dealsWork closely with the technical team to ensure smooth onboarding and implementationMeet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIsKeep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offeringsProvide feedback to management on customer needs and market insightsQualifications & Skills 3+ years of experience in IT sales, channel sales, or business developmentPrior experience in the cloud or technology industry is highly desirableStrong knowledge of Microsoft cloud products (M365, Azure)Understanding of cloud backup, UCaaS, and cybersecurity solutions is a plusExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProven ability to build and maintain client relationshipsSelf-motivated and target-oriented with a growth mindsetFamiliarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office/TeamsAbility to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environmentKnowledge of SaaS, licensing models, and IT service delivery is an advantageWhat We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structureAccess to cutting-edge cloud solutions and trainingOpportunity to grow with a fast-moving IT distributor and cloud services leaderSupportive and dynamic team culture
