Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage complex 3D environments using USD and NVIDIA Omniverse tools.
  • Collaborate with 3D artists, AI engineers, DevOps, and domain SMEs to design and deploy end-to-end AI+Sim solutions.
  • Convert and optimize CAD/BIM models (JT, IFC, Revit) into USD-compliant real-time assets.
  • Implement Level of Detail (LOD), instancing, collision, and physics metadata to scale performance.
  • Organize modular, reusable asset libraries for rapid composition of synthetic environments.
  • Develop high-quality scenes using USD Composer, Omniverse Create, or Blender-to-USD pipelines.
  • Author realistic lighting, camera animation rigs, and scene variants for simulation and data capture.
  • Configure and manage Omniverse Nucleus servers to enable real-time USD collaboration, asset versioning, and access control.
  • Use Omniverse Replicator to build scalable synthetic data pipelines with domain randomization and multi-sensor simulation.
  • Simulate autonomous workflows with Isaac Sim, integrating physics, LiDAR, RGB, and stereo camera emulation.
  • Train and fine-tune DL models using NVIDIA TAO Toolkit for tasks like detection, segmentation, and pose estimation.
  • Deploy AI models on NVIDIA Jetson (Nano, Xavier, Orin) using DeepStream SDK, TensorRT, and live camera feeds.
  • Develop, Deploy, Mange and Optimize Omniverse streaming application for multiuser remote visualization across enterprise network..
  • Build custom Omniverse Kit Extensions to enable in-simulation interactivity, data streaming, or real-time controls.
  • Integrate robotic and sensor data from ROS2, cloud APIs, or IoT systems.
  • Deploy simulation workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform on AWS, Azure, or on-prem GPU clusters.
  • Track AI experiments using MLflow, ClearML, or Weights & Biases.
  • Monitor GPU resource allocation, container communication, and simulation performance.
  • Leverage NVIDIA CuOpt for real-time, constraint-based path planning, scheduling, and factory optimization.
  • Implement rendering and performance tuning strategies such as USDZ optimization, texture streaming, and GPU utilization balancing.

Required Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Robotics, or Game Development.
  • 6+ years of experience in 3D models and simulation, with AI/ML product development.
  • Familiarity with Pixar's USD, USD Composer, simulation layering, and modular asset structuring.
  • Familiarity with Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max, and exporting models into USD format.
  • Experience building custom Omniverse Kit Extensions or UI plugins.
  • Knowledge of simulation-to-real transfer, synthetic data generation and validation.
  • Experience with Omniverse SDKs, Kit Extensions, and real-time scene interactivity via scripting or UI development.
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • Python, CUDA, TensorFlow/PyTorch
  • NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, Omniverse Replicator
  • USD workflows, scene composition, and LOD
  • TAO Toolkit, DeepStream, and Jetson deployment
  • Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud architecture
  • Direct experience managing and operating Omniverse Nucleus environments.

  • Architect and deliver digital twin, robotics, and simulation-powered AI products across domains like smart factories, healthcare, and logistics.
  • Develop integrated pipelines from synthetic data generation to inference deployment, enabling rapid experimentation and scale.
  • Influence next-gen architecture by collaborating with internal teams from HCL and NVIDIA across simulation, GPU compute, and cloud AI stacks.
  • Build reusable blueprints, contribute to enterprise-wide simulation standards, and mentor developers across the AI and digital twin ecosystem.
  • Conduct customer presentations, develop demos and solutions, collaborate with Business Analysts.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to translate customer requirements into composable solutions on the NVIDIA AI Platform.
