Our tax team in Hyderabad is expanding and adding top talent as a result. This team supports our US firm’s corporate clients. In this role, you will have high visibility, opportunities for growth and professional development, and a collaborative team environment.

As a SALT Corporation Tax Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

Manage, coordinate, and review Multi-State single/ consolidated tax returns for clients

Review tax calculations, review tax returns, and manage client tax relationships

Work closely with U.S. teams and clients to answer questions or to collect necessary information for tax service requirements

Coach, mentor, and develop teammates

Manage, direct, and monitor multiple client engagements

Identify and assist with implementation of tax planning and tax savings strategies

Research and consult on complex tax matters

Ability to manage and develop staff in a highly interactive team environment

Manage engagement economics and maintain utilization of the team

Assist in continuous improvements of processes and models

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in accounting (B.Com, MBA, M. Com)

CPA or Enrolled Agent (or in the process of pursuing)

A minimum of eight years of US corporate tax experience

Prior experience with Big 4 or a large national, regional or U.S.-based accounting firm and/or in-house corporate tax experience

Proven engagement and staff management skills

Possess effective writing, communication, and tax research skills

Experience with tax technology a plus
