About the Company Are you a results-driven recruiter with a talent for closing deals? We are looking for an ambitious Freelance Sales Recruiter to join our team. Your mission will be to market our exceptional bench candidates—both IT and non-IT consultants—to hiring managers and prime vendors for high-value placements. This is a 100% remote, commission-only position with unlimited earning potential for those who excel in the staffing market. About the Role Your mission will be to market our exceptional bench candidates—both IT and non-IT consultants—to hiring managers and prime vendors for high-value placements. Responsibilities Bench Marketing: Promote our available consultants to your network and job boards. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new contract opportunities for our candidates. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with Tier-1 vendors and clients. End-to-End Placement: Manage resume tailoring, interview coordination, and rate negotiations. Closing: Ensure successful placements and follow through until candidates start. Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years in US IT staffing, bench sales, or recruitment. Network: A strong database of vendors and industry contacts is a plus. Sales Grit: A resilient "hunter" mentality to navigate challenges. Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a freelance capacity. Required Skills 1–3 years in US IT staffing, bench sales, or recruitment.
