Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Manager at AIA India located in Gurugram. The Billing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks of managing the billing process, invoicing, and billing systems.


Additionally, Prepare client Bill & Verify all Sub Contractor Measurements & Bills including MEP services, Civil & interior like - stone, tile, paint, gypsum, Carpet, Modulars Furniture’s, lights etc.


Prepare the measurement and bills at different stages of the project as per the milestones

define with the different vendors.

Support the Procurement team in preparing the Bill of Quantities for tenders.

Certification of the Material quantity.


To initiate and carry out the job independently within the objectives/guideline/parameters of

our company


Prepare quantity/amount Variation statement.


Key industry - Interiors - Club houses, atriums , reception foyer, malls, retail, corporate office , office lobby finishing , common areas finishing .


Civil & Interior FIXED INTERIORS - Interior, Finishing, Bricks, Home Furnishing, Plastering, Furniture, Paint, Marble, Stone, tiles Sanitary Ware, Plywood, INTERIOR DESIGNING, MEP


Civil & Interior OFFICE INTERIORS - workstations, carpet, gypsum partitions, glazed partitions, paneling, marble, tiles, carpet, furniture, interiors. 



Qualifications

  • Billing Process, Invoicing, and Billing Systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proficient in relevant computer software
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is mandatory.
