What You Will Do: Work on full lifecycle projects across multiple Dynamics 365 CRM modules such as Sales, Marketing, Project Operations, Customer Service, Field Service, Omnichannel, and Portals. Customize and configure entities, forms, dashboards, and business process flows. Develop and deploy solutions using Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, C#, Power Platform, and Azure Services. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals. Create reports and dashboards using Power BI to visualize KPIs and business insights. Implement secure, scalable integrations using Web APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions. Configure and enhance portal and omnichannel experiences for customer engagement. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely fixes.
