Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and implement ARASCO's modern SharePoint Online intranet portal. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online, SPFx, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with expertise in building custom intranet solutions, workflow automation, and role-based content governance.

Key Responsibilities

Intranet Portal Development

• Design and implement a centralized, responsive intranet homepage with features such as news carousel, quick links, announcements, and event calendars.
• Build modules for policy repository, onboarding, HR resources, and employee benefits with optional notifications.
• Develop an employee directory with department/location mapping, search, and role-based content access.
• Configure media galleries for photos, videos, and CEO/SBU-level updates.

Customization & Enhancements

• Develop custom web parts, extensions, and UI enhancements using SPFx, React, and TypeScript.
• Integrate analytics platforms (Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics) for usage tracking and engagement insights.
• Implement custom onboarding checklists, training modules, and employee benefits workflows.

Document & Content Management

• Configure and manage document libraries with metadata tagging, version control, and advanced search.
• Establish role-based content governance using SharePoint groups, permissions, and navigation menus.
• Provide HR/Admin users with easy-to-use content management features for policies, news, and onboarding materials.

Workflow Automation

• Leverage Power Automate and Power Apps to build workflows and forms where out-of-the-box features are insufficient.
• Automate approval processes, notifications, and departmental requests.

Integration & Security

• Integrate SharePoint Online with Azure Active Directory for authentication and role-based access.
• Ensure compliance with ARASCO governance and security standards.

Agile Development & Delivery

• Participate in workshops, sprint planning, reviews, and iterative feedback cycles with stakeholders.
• Support testing, UAT, and deployment phases, ensuring a smooth go-live and adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in SharePoint development, with strong exposure to SharePoint Online (Modern Experience).
• Hands-on expertise in SPFx, React/TypeScript, REST APIs, and PnP JS.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of document management, metadata tagging, workflows, and role-based permissions.
• Experience in front-end design and branding (responsive design, Bootstrap, Figma/Adobe XD preferred).
• Familiarity with analytics integration (Microsoft Clarity / Google Analytics).
• Understanding of tenant & site collection governance and scalable intranet architecture.
• Proven track record of working in Agile delivery environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Teams integration.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Graph API, or Logic Apps.
• Prior work in large-scale intranet projects for enterprise clients.
