Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and provide constructive feedback to employees
  • Design and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies
  • Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and resolution as needed
  • Maintain and update HR records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the organization

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate sector
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
