We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Vice President - Risk and Control Analytics. In this role, you will:  Design, develop and maintain automated data workflows and templates using Excel, VBA, Power Query and Python. Streamline recurring reporting processes, reducing manual effort and improving accuracy. Support integration of risk data from multiple systems and ensure consistency across datasets. Analyse large volumes of Non-Financial Risk data. Prepare periodic and ad hoc risk dashboards, trend analyses, and management reports for senior stakeholders.  Develop visualisations in Excel or Power BI to present complex data in clear and actionable manner. To be successful, you will: Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large data sets. Ability to investigate items in detail or Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with diverse audiences. Ability to step back and look to improve process and efficiency. Educated to graduate level or equivalent level of experience. Good understanding of operational risk and controls, preferably gained through experience in front line and risk management roles Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, automation, or reporting within a banking or financial services environment. Exposure to non-financial risk management, operational risk, or compliance data preferred. Prior Experience of producing high quality reporting to tight deadlines.
