• TheAssociate Business Finance job is responsible for reviewing andanalyzing the financial results of the organization. Throughbusiness analysis financial record keeping modeling and forecastingthis job helps drive the strategic direction of the organization.Under minimal supervision this job also provides financial insightsthat senior management uses to inform business and financialdecisions.

Key Responsibilities andDuties

• Interpretsmonthly financial results through financial models to identifydrivers explain key variances and inform recommendations to seniormanagement.
• Reviewsforecasts and modeling to ensure results are timely and accurate.
• Participatesin reforecasting activities and updating/evolving forecast models.
• Updatesgeneral ledger journal entry postings during the closing process tohelp ensure that financial statements are accurate.
• Examinesad hoc reports that analyze financial results versusbudget/forecasts.
• Ensuresthe financial operations are in alignment with the organizationsstrategic goals and vision.
• Proofreadsfinancial reports and presentations to be delivered to managementthat inform business and financial decisions.
• Providessupport to junior Financial Planning & Analysis team membersregarding challenges that require more advanced knowledge andexperience. PhysicalRequirements
