Manufacturing Industry Profile - Site Engineer Qualification - B.Tech - mech. Experience - Min. 2+ yrs. in Hydraulic Machines (Car Parking System) Salary - Upto 3 LPA Location - Mumbai Job Description Oversee the installation of hydraulic machines, pumps, cylinders, valves, and power units. Ensure proper assembly, piping, and fluid connections as per design specifications. Conduct hydraulic pressure tests, leakage tests, and system calibration. Troubleshoot any hydraulic faults or inefficiencies during commissioning. Supervise machine setup, alignment, and integration with mechanical/electrical systems. Ensure proper installation of hydraulic circuits, hoses, and fittings. Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and automation teams for smooth operation. Monitor progress and ensure work is completed as per project timelines. Perform flow, pressure, and temperature testing on hydraulic systems. Conduct regular inspections and servicing of hydraulic machines. Replace or repair worn-out seals, hoses, pumps, and valves. Monitor hydraulic oil levels, contamination, and cooling systems. Maintain logs of maintenance schedules and performance reports. Diagnose leaks, blockages, pressure drops, and mechanical failures. Adjust and fine-tune pressure settings, valve operations, and fluid flow rates. Ensure compliance with ISO, ANSI, and industry-specific hydraulic standards. Follow hydraulic safety protocols to prevent high-pressure accidents. Ensure proper PPE usage and safety measures during hydraulic operations. Train operators and technicians on safe handling of hydraulic machines. Maintain compliance with factory safety regulations and machine guidelines. Coordinate With .
