Senior SAP Logistics ConsultantWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP Logistics Consultant with 18+ years of comprehensive experience in SAP logistics modules including Sales & Distribution (SD), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Materials Management (MM). The ideal candidate will lead complex SAP implementations, optimizations, and support activities while providing strategic guidance on logistics processes and system architecture.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & ConsultationLead end-to-end SAP logistics implementations across SD, EWM, and MM modules for complex enterprise environmentsProvide strategic guidance on logistics process optimization and digital transformation initiativesServe as subject matter expert for logistics business processes and SAP best practicesConduct business process workshops and requirements gathering sessions with C-level executives and department headsDevelop comprehensive solution architecture documents and technical specificationsTechnical Expertise & ImplementationDesign and configure complex SAP logistics scenarios including procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, and sales processesLead integration activities between SD, EWM, MM modules and other SAP modules (FI/CO, PP, QM, PM)Architect and implement advanced warehouse management solutions using SAP EWMConfigure complex pricing procedures, output management, and billing processes in SDDesign and optimize procurement processes including vendor management, purchase requisitions, and goods receipt workflowsRequired QualificationsTechnical Skills18+ years of hands-on SAP experience with deep expertise in SD, EWM, and MM modulesSAP S/4HANA experience with migration and implementation projectsExtensive SD proficiency : Sales order processing, pricing, shipping, billing, credit management, rebate processing, and customer master managementComprehensive EWM expertise : Warehouse structure, storage types, storage bins, warehouse tasks, resource management, and wave managementAdvanced MM knowledge : Procurement processes, inventory management, material master, vendor master, purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice verification, and material requirements planningIntegration experience with other SAP modules (FI/CO, PP, QM, PM) and third-party systemsConfiguration and customization experience including user exits, BADIs, and enhancement frameworksData migration experience using S/4 Migration Cockpit, CVI, LSMW, Data Services, or other ETL toolsLeadership & CommunicationProven track record of leading large-scale SAP implementations with teams of 15+ membersStrong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior executivesExcellent communication and presentation skills with both technical and business audiencesExperience managing client relationships and conducting executive-level presentationsAbility to work effectively in matrix organizations and global teamsEducation & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in information systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related fieldRequired SAP Certifications : SAP Certified Application Associate in SD/EWM/MM modulesExperience RequirementsProject ExperienceMinimum 6 full-cycle SAP implementations with at least 3 as lead consultantExperience with SAP S/4HANA migration projects (minimum 2 projects)Multi-site, multi-country implementations with complex organizational structuresExperience with rollout methodologies and template-based implementationsPost-implementation optimization and continuous improvement projectsIndustry ExperienceManufacturing, distribution, healthcare, utilities and retail industry background preferredExperience with complex supply chain scenarios including drop-shipping, third-party logistics, and cross-dockingKnowledge of various procurement models (make-to-stock, make-to-order, engineer-to-order)Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAP Cloud solutionsExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesExperience with SAP Activate methodologyConsulting or systems integration firm experienceTravel RequirementsWillingness to travel based on project needsFlexibility for international assignments and extended client engagementsQualificationsEducational qualification:B.E , MBAAdditional InformationExperience : 15+ yrs
