Job DescriptionThe responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for team for technical and administrative matters.Lead the team of engineers and draftsman to motivate for aligning the team to achieve the delivery.Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high-quality cost-effective work by others.Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of PS&E package.Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.Taking active participation in Business development activities.Meeting clients for BD as well as Technical discussions.Take care of billing, collections and budget of the jobs.Achieving the monthly, quarterly and yearly targets for billing, collection and new orders.

QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Masters in Structural Engineering.15+ years of experience. Must have experience in detailed design of bridges/Viaducts for Metro, Highways and Railways projects.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience working with bridgesMaster's degree in Structural EngineeringProficiency with analysis softwares like STAAD, MIDAS, LUSAS and CAD and similar computer softwareKnowledge of Indian and international codes for the design.
