Act as a HR Consultant to 2-3 business verticals, supporting business leaders and HRBPs for all HR related interventions and help manage entire employee life cycle from entry to exit as well as manage various internal projects and initiatives.

Headcount Planning, Budgeting and MIS

Recruitment and Selection – Interviews, Salary Negotiation, On Boarding, Approvals etc

Performance Management, Annual Compensation Cycle, OOCs, Promotions, Retention, Attrition Management etc

Compensation Benchmarking for the aligned business vertical

Talent Management for the aligned business vertical

Employee Engagement and Connect

Employee Exit Process, Monthly Payroll Inputs, Exit Discussions etc

Employee Relations – Performance Deficiency cases / PIP roll out, Disciplinary cases, Grievance Handling etc

Participate in Business Transition / Transformation Projects / Re Organisations

Manage other spl projects around Skills, Talent, YEB, External Workforce

Stakeholder mgmt and working with business to create an imapct 


about you

MBA – HR ( 2 yrs full time ) from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 University

7 to 12 years of relevant experience

Experience in core IT / ITES / Telecom/ KPO / Hi Tech / Consulting environment as HR Business Partner / HR Consultant to a medium to large vertical ( 500 + headcount ) in bluechip Indian / MNC companies

Excellent Communication & Presentation skills, Command over PowerPoint & Excel

Should be confident to deal with matrix structure, global stakeholders and interactions at senior level

Should have high energy level, excellent interpersonal skills, good team player, ability to deal with ambiguity, manage complexities, project management skills, lead projects etc
