Overview

We are looking for a Quality Engineer- Software Development Engineer in Test, to join our engineering team. In this role you will work in an Agile, highly collaborative, cross-functional environment where we strive to build Quality in at every step of the SDLC.

Responsibilities

·Develop tests against SOAP/REST web services using a C#-based test framework.

·Develop tests on a C# and Ranorex based UI automation framework.

·Perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing of Web applications, performing root cause analysis on defects and producing, clear, concise bug reports.

·Participate cross-functionally in Agile development cycles, including requirements analysis and requirements-based test planning and development.

·Work with other engineers and customer-facing support teams to identify, log, root-cause, triage, prioritize, and drive resolution of defects.

Qualifications

Academic and Professional Qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent degree.

·Proficient in a high-level programming language (C# preferred): Core Java, Objective-C, C#, C++, Python.

·SQL proficiency.

Experience

·3-4 years relevant work experience (Preferred).

·2+ years of experience in software testing (feature analysis/test planning/ test case authoring, black box/grey box test execution, defect reporting).

·2+ years of test automation experience for a web or desktop-based product.

·2+ years in an Agile development environment.

·Experience with CI tools such as Github actions or Azure DevOps (preferred).

·Experience working with front-end automation tools and approaches.

·Experience in health IT (preferred).

·Experience with performance and load testing (preferred).

Exceptional engineers with lower experience, but an ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies, may also apply.
