Job Description :


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Backend Developer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining complex backend functionalities for our clients' e-commerce storefronts.

You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of the platform and backend development principles to deliver scalable and reliable solutions that enhance our clients' online businesses.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement backend features and functionalities using Salesforce Commerce Cloud APIs, Scripting, and custom integrations.

- Leverage core Java principles, object-oriented programming concepts, and design patterns to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Integrate with various third-party systems and services (payment gateways, CRM, ERP, etc.) using Link cartridges, OCAPI, or custom development.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to backend functionality and integrations.

- Optimize and maintain existing backend code for performance and scalability.

- Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers on the team.

- Collaborate effectively with front-end developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and related technologies.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in developing and implementing e-commerce solutions on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform (SFCC/Demandware).

- Strong expertise in core Java principles, object-oriented programming (OOP), and design patterns.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud architecture, scripting languages (SFCC Script, APEX preferred), and APIs.

- Experience integrating Salesforce Commerce Cloud with external systems using Link cartridges, OCAPI, or custom development.

- Experience developing RESTful APIs using Spring Boot or similar frameworks (a plus).

- Experience working with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- A passion for e-commerce and a desire to deliver exceptional online shopping experiences.
