We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Executive to manage day-to-day accounts, billing, and financial operations at our Perungudi, Chennai office. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, accurate, and ready to take ownership of accounting processes in a growing digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting entries
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records
  • Handle vendor payments and client billing cycles
  • Assist in monthly and yearly financial reporting
  • Coordinate with management on budgeting and expense tracking
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents for audit purposes
  • Work closely with external accountants and auditors when required

Eligibility

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in accounting/finance
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software preferred
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and data handling
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Good communication and ability to work in a team environment

Salary Range : ₹1.8 LPA to ₹2.4 LPA

We value talent, skill, and responsibility . Final salary will depend on experience, interview performance, and practical accounting knowledge.

Probation Period : 6 months for evaluation
