The candidate must be creative, disciplined, and capable of delivering professional output consistently.Key Responsibilities Photography Capture high-quality photos for artist portfolios, events, fashion shoots, studio shoots, and brand campaignsPlan and execute photoshoots as per project requirementsEdit and retouch images for professional resultsManage lighting, composition, and framing during shootsMaintain all photography equipmentVideography Shoot professional videos for events, reel content, promotions, behind-the-scenes (BTS), interviews, auditions, and campaignsWork closely with the creative team to understand shoot conceptsEdit videos for social media, YouTube, and marketing useAdd transitions, effects, color grading, and sound enhancementsManage on-location and studio setupsTechnical & Equipment Handling Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting kits, audio setups, and stabilizersEnsure all equipment is maintained, cleaned, and stored properlyBackup and organize media files regularlyRequired Skills Strong experience in photography & videography (portfolio mandatory)Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and basic After EffectsGood knowledge of lighting techniques and camera handlingAbility to direct models, clients, and artists during shootsCreativity and strong visual storytelling abilityAbility to meet deadlines and adapt to fast-paced production schedulesPreferred Skills Experience in fashion shoots, music videos, or production house workBasic drone handling (optional)Color grading and audio editing knowledge (added advantage)Salary & Perks Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 (based on skills)Performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work with artists, influencers, and production teamsCreative work environment with growth opportunities
