Senior Java Consultant

Role : Java Fullstack Developer (Heavy Backend + React JS)

Location: Work from Home / Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Java Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on backend development and notable expertise in React JS . You will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance applications while ensuring the integrity and performance of the backend systems.

As a key player in the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development : Architect, design, and develop robust and scalable Java-based backend systems.
• Fullstack Development : Build and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and React JS for the frontend.
• React JS Expertise : Develop dynamic, responsive, and efficient user interfaces.
• API Integration : Work with RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components.
• Performance Optimization : Identify and implement performance improvements in both frontend and backend components.
• Mentoring : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Required Skills & Experience:

• Backend (Java) : 7+ years of experience in Java development (preferably with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA).
• Frontend (React JS) : Proven experience with React JS in building complex web applications (at least 3 years of React JS experience).
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs , microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Expertise in database design and SQL , preferably with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, etc.
• Proficiency in version control (Git) and familiarity with agile tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and integration testing .
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, self-motivated, and capable of managing time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
