Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative at tickIoT Pvt Ltd. in Visakhapatnam Rural mandal. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing sales deals. They will also collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and business development of Tickiot’s product offerings in the US/India market.
Identify and engage potential customers, including business decision-makers and technical professionals.
Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Provide product demonstrations, solutions, and consultations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product knowledge.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and untapped opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to the leadership team.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, particularly in the technology or IoT sector.
Familiarity with Tickiot products (or similar IoT hardware/software solutions) is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in American English is mandatory.
Ability to understand and communicate technical details clearly and effectively.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Ability to work US business hours.
Preferred Experience:
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
Experience in the IoT, telecommunications, or technology sector.
Work Hours:
Must be available to work in alignment with US business hours (US Western or Pacific Time Zones) for most of the week.
And India business hours when needed.
Location:
Hybrid, but preference for candidates with flexibility to work US hours.
Compensation:
₹5,00,000 to ₹12,00,000 per annum (base salary, sales commission and bonus) depending on experience and skills.
