Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator Intern at Creative Buffer Consultancy Private Limited in Chandigarh, India. The Project Coordinator Intern will assist in managing project timelines, resources, and communication to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and reporting to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for project updates.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and trackers.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support the Project Manager in daily operations and client communication.
  • Identify risks or delays and escalate them appropriately.
  • Prepare presentations, status updates, and meeting minutes.

Requirements:

  • BTech /MCA, MBA in IT, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Interest in IT/software development lifecycle.
