Job Summary :

RRC Technologies is looking for an SAP HR Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions on SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) / HR modules. The role involves conducting interactive classes, simplifying complex SAP configurations, guiding learners with hands-on exercises, and preparing them for professional success in SAP HR careers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver interactive training sessions on SAP HR / HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS).
  • Prepare lesson plans, training notes, and practice exercises.
  • Conduct assessments, quizzes, and mock interviews.
  • Keep training content updated with the latest SAP HR versions and industry practices.

Requirements :

  • SAP HR / HCM Certification (preferred)
  • MBA (HR/Management) / MHRM / PG in HR or related field
  • CMA / CA / CS background with SAP HR exposure (added advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes: Payroll, Leave/Time Management, Benefits, Performance.
  • Prior teaching/training or corporate experience in SAP HR / HCM is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Experience :

1–3 years of experience in SAP HR / HCM (training or implementation/support).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Volunteer

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
