As it is a new cafe, the chef will have the responsibility and freedom to experiment and curate new dishes with the head chef. The Head Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. Day-to-day tasks include creating the best dishes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, ordering supplies, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Accommodation will be provided.QualificationsSkilled in cooking English breakfast, French toast, pancakes, smoothie bowls, burgers and sandwiches.Experience in Menu Planning and Recipe DevelopmentProficiency in Food Preparation, Cooking Techniques, and Food PresentationKnowledge of Health and Safety Regulations and Kitchen Hygiene PracticesStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in a leadership role in a kitchen is preferredCulinary arts degree or equivalent certification is an advantageSend your CV to / WhatsApp
