Job Description: QA Engineer – SIP/VOIP Applications

We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer with a strong background in testing SIP and

VOIP-based applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Linux

environments, a good understanding of SQL/PostgreSQL, and excellent communication and

collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

 Test and validate SIP and VOIP-based applications for functionality, performance, and

reliability.

 Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

 Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to

ensure product quality.

 Identify, record, and track bugs using appropriate tools.

 Analyze test results and provide detailed reports and feedback.

 Work in Linux environments to validate software components and system

configurations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Experience testing SIP and VOIP-based applications.

 Proficiency in working with Linux operating systems.

 Strong experience with PostgreSQL and SQL queries.

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
