photographer + videographer intern

this is an internship role (paid) with the possibility of a full-time offer based on performance.

we're mindframes — a content studio that works with fast-growing d2c brands to create beautiful high converting images.

you'll be joining our in-house team to shoot and edit both photo + video content across fashion, beauty, home, and more. we're looking for someone who's not just great behind the lens, but also curious, collaborative, and ready to grow with us.

what you'll do

1. shoot original content

– plan, prep, and shoot for client projects (think lifestyle, product, campaign)

– work closely with stylists + models to get the shot right

– handle studio + natural light like a pro (or be eager to learn)

2. manage gear + setup

– keep cameras, lights, and studio gear in top shape

– test and experiment with new tools, lenses, and setups

3. work like a creative

– bounce ideas with the team and collaborate

– contribute to visual direction, references, and storytelling

– adapt fast, experiment often, and shoot with purpose

what we're looking for

– you've done a few shoots already (show us your work)

– you're comfortable using mirrorless cameras, lights, etc.

– you can edit in Adobe Lightroom, Premiere, or similar tools

– you understand good framing, natural poses, and visual flow

– you're organised, proactive, and a team player
