Responsibilities: Lead the endtoend development of machinelearning models and systems from data preprocessing and featureengineering to model training evaluation anddeployment. Design and implement machinelearning algorithms and techniques including but not limited tosupervised and unsupervised learning deep learning andreinforcement learning. Apply NLP techniquesand frameworks to extract insights from text data includingsentiment analysis entity recognition and languagemodeling. Collaborate with data scientistsand data engineers to integrate machine learning models intoproduction systems and ensure scalability reliability andperformance. Develop and implement modeldeployment pipelines and automation workflows using cloudbasedplatforms such as AWS SageMaker. Optimizemachine learning models for efficiency accuracy and scalabilityconsidering factors such as model size inference latency andresource utilization. Monitor and evaluatemodel performance in production conduct A/B testing and iterate onmodel improvements based on feedback and performancemetrics. Stay current with emerging trendsand technologies in machine learning deep learning NLP and cloudcomputing and identify opportunities to apply them to solvebusiness problems effectively. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in ComputerScience Statistics Mathematics or a relatedfield. 5 years of professional experience inmachine learning engineering with a strong background in buildingand deploying machine learning models in productionenvironments. Proficiency in machinelearning algorithms and techniques including supervised andunsupervised learning deep learning and reinforcementlearning. Handson experience with NLPframeworks and libraries such as NLTK spaCy TensorFlow orPyTorch. Experience with cloud platformssuch as AWS Azure or Google Cloud Platform and proficiency indeploying and managing machine learning models using cloudbasedservices. Strong programming skills inPython and proficiency in software engineering best practicesincluding version control code review andtesting. Excellent problemsolving skills andthe ability to translate business requirements into technicalsolutions. Strong communication andcollaboration skills with the ability to work effectively incrossfunctional teams and communicate technical concepts tonontechnical stakeholders.PreferredQualifications: Experience with containerizationtechnologies such as Docker and orchestration frameworks such asKubernetes. Knowledge of data engineeringprinciples and experience with data preprocessing featureengineering and data pipeline development.Familiarity with big data processing frameworks such as ApacheSpark and distributed computingenvironments.
