Join us in shaping a future where technology seamlessly aligns with purpose.Job Title - Technical LeadLocation: Noida, Bangalore, Pune & MumbaiEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Key Responsibilities -7+ Years experience in Web developmentStrong proficiency in Java Script, including DOM manipulation and the Java Script object modelExperience with Node JS, Nest JS and its core principlesExperience with RESTful APIs, creation and deploymentKnowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web TokenFamiliarity with modern front-end build pipelines and toolsKnowledge of code versioning tools like Git, Git Lab for source code managementAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirementsExperience of microserviceExperience in Database: Mysql and Postgressql (PL/SQL, Queries, database objects)Experience with Cloud environmentSoft Skills:Demonstrated problem solving, communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the proven ability to negotiate and influence others to obtain desired results. Strong professional consulting skillsAbility to speak in business terms, as well as the ability to effectively communicate both internally and externallyMature, confident, and performance-orientedCapable of developing strong relationships with all levels of managementMust possess excellent problem-solving skills for large complicated and broad issues and able to work independently.Able to work in a complex environment with a mix of technologies and different levels of IT maturities in each business unit.
