About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Assistant Architect to support our design and planning team across various architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AutoCAD, a strong sense of space planning, and an eye for interior and landscape design.

You will assist in preparing architectural drawings, conceptual layouts, client presentations, and coordination with consultants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using AutoCAD and other design tools

Support project planning, concept development, and space utilization studies

Contribute to interior and landscape design concepts and detailing

Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and site teams for design implementation

Participate in client meetings and prepare presentation boards as required

Maintain and organize design documentation and material libraries

Assist senior architects in design research and compliance with local building regulations

Required Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, or Lumion

Strong understanding of architectural planning, interior design, and landscape design concepts

Good visualization and presentation skills

Attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field

Internship or 1+ year of experience in an architectural or design firm preferred
