Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive/ officer to join our growing team. The role involves developing new business, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory. Candidates must be passionate about sales, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about hygiene solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Hygiene Fresh products across assigned markets (B2B – Hotels, Restaurants, Corporates, Healthcare, Institutions, etc.)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, resellers, and key clients
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for customers
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Ensure timely collections and follow-ups with clients
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to deliver customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales / Business Development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build long-term business relationships
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented
  • Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales
  • Two-wheeler
