We are looking for a talented UI Designer to create amazing user experiences.

The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces. It’s a collaborative role where you will have the chance to work closely with developers, business analysts and UX Designers.RequirementsSupport our Customer Experience and development teams by collaborating with UX Designers, Solutions Consultants, Tech Leads and Project Managers to define and implement innovative solutions for digital storefronts interfaces.Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development team.Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.Create wireframes to hi fidelity designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.Be able to produce UI deliverables such as Design systems, style guides, component libraries.Following best practice, usability, and accessibility for online shopping experiences. Keeping up to date with latest UX/UI trends and best practices.A great understanding of branding. Able to follow brand guidelines and apply to an online shopping website, but also help clients to better communicate their brand online through the effective use of graphic design and branding principles.Working with task management and timesheet tools like JIRA and Confluence.Handoff of annotated designs to developers using Figma.Quality assurance – reviewing implementation of design and providing feedback to developers to ensure high quality delivery to client.

Skills/ ExperienceBeautiful portfolio of digital design preferably in luxury & premium ecommerce brands.Passionate about design and customer experience and always keeping up to date with latest design and UX trends.A high level of attention to detail and accuracy. You take pride in the quality of your work from the research through to the implementation.Self-motivated and pro-active. Keen to learn and continually improve workflow and team productivity, sharing your ideas with the team.Great communication skills for explaining and handing over Figma designs to developers, as well as working closely with our solutions consultants to understand and implement client design requirements.Ideally you will also have experience in these areas:Proven UI experience (3-5 years)- experience working with ecommerce clients – preferred but not mandatory.Experience working in a fast paced and agile environment – within cross functional teams.Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolioProficiency in front-end code (HTML & CSS, JavaScript) to design viable responsive UI designs which utilise the inherent functionality and technology of the ecommerce platform.Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interactionAbility to solve problems creatively and effectively.Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologiesUnderstanding benchmarks and best practice.Be able to prioritise and manage your own time and highlight as soon as possible any ideas that you feel might improve the solution for the client.
