Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Study Abroad Advisor. The Study Abroad Advisor will be responsible for providing educational consulting, assisting with visa applications, offering personalized advice, and guiding students through the study abroad process. Daily tasks include consulting with students and families, managing documentation, communicating with educational institutions, and staying updated with international education opportunities.

Sales and Client Management:

-Engage with prospective students and their families to understand their educational goals and provide information about our services.

-Conduct consultations, both in-person and virtually, to discuss students' aspirations and how our services can support their goals.

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.

-Follow up on leads and inquiries, managing the sales pipeline to meet and exceed enrollment targets

Collaboration and Teamwork:

-Work closely with the counseling team to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to students.

-Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to develop strategies for attracting and retaining clients.

-Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve knowledge and skills.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress using our CRM system.

-Prepare reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to inform decision-making.

-Assist in the development and refinement of sales materials, presentations, and other resources.
