Business Development Intern – AF AD Agency & Studios (Vishakapatnam)

Location: Hyderabad (On-site)
Duration: 3 Months
Type: Internship (Target-based)
Eligibility: Freshers / Recent Graduates
Stipend: Performance-based incentives (up to ₹10,000)

About Us

AF AD Agency & Studios is a fast-growing advertising agency based in Hyderabad, specializing in video production, digital marketing, and creative branding solutions. We're on the lookout for passionate individuals ready to hustle, learn, and grow in the business development space.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
  • Pitch our services (video production, social media marketing, digital ads, etc.)
  • Generate leads and convert them into paying clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts
  • Meet weekly/monthly sales targets

Performance & Growth Structure

  • During the 3-month internship, earn incentives up to ₹10,000
  • Once you achieve Internship Sales Target, you become eligible for a full-time role
  • After internship completion, selected candidates will receive:
  • Monthly Salary: ₹15,000/-
  • Travel Allowance: ₹5,000/-
  • Additional Incentives based on performance
