Founded in 2006, it invests in companies targeting consumers and enterprise startups at seed and series A levels. It has backed several market-leading companies, including Razorpay, DailyHunt, OfBusiness, Ola, MoEngage, Rocketlane, 100ms, and Jupiter. It has advisory offices in Bangalore, Delhi, and Mumbai, India.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:Transaction support -

End to end Transaction support liaising with legal team, compliance team and tax advisorsGround-level execution (cash flow management, review of legal documents, cap table, valuation reports, etc.) to ensure that the transaction process is closed smoothly with limited guidance.Portfolio monitoring

- Coordinating with investee companies to collate the quarterly MISsReview portfolio MISs and prepare the quarterly report for the leadership team highlighting material variances and other significant findingsAuditK-1Capital calls & Distribution to InvestorsRegulatory reporting – India & MauritiusInvestor queries and confirmationsAny other administrative matters as may be called upon.Qualification and Experience:First/second attempt Chartered Accountant with articles from one of the Big 6s or industrial training from MNCsAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel (excel test will be conducted if the candidate gets shortlisted)Proficient in Microsoft Word and TallyWorking knowledge on financial and statutory matters like Accounting standards, TDS rates, GST, etc.Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints and deliver strong results
