Udayan Group of Schools is expanding in Patna and we are looking for a dynamic & result-driven Business Development Manager / Admission Incharge for K-12 school to join our team. If you have a passion for education sales, admissions growth, and business expansion, this opportunity is for you.

Position: Business Development Manager / Admission Incharge for K-12 School

Location: Patna

Salary: ₹ 4 LPA + Lucrative Incentives

Qualification: MBA (Preferred)

Experience: 3-5 Years in the Education Industry (K-12, EdTech, Preschools, or Coaching Institutes)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive admissions growth and execute business expansion strategies for Udayan Group of Schools in Patna

Build strong relationships with parents, educational consultants, and institutional partners

Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities

Lead branding, outreach & engagement initiatives to enhance school visibility

Achieve sales & revenue targets through strategic partnerships

Who Should Apply?
