Job Description
  • ganzheitliches Management von komplexen (Glasfaserausbau) Projekten im Konzern
    administrative Überwachung und Unterstützung der einzelnen Projekte bei grundlegenden oder projektübergreifenden Fragestellungen
    aktive Mitwirkung bei allen vor- und nachgelagerten Prozess-Schritten des Glasfaserausbaus, insbesondere Vorvermarktung, Kommunikation und Übergang zum Regelbetrieb  
    Überwachen der Projektfortschritte und Steuerung der Abhängigkeiten, die auf Ressourcen, Budgets und Zeitpläne einwirken
    Optimieren des Ressourceneinsatzes, Lösen von Ad-hoc Ressourcenkonflikten
    Entwicklung und Vorgabe von Projektstandards und PM-Strategien für Glasfaserausbauprojekte
    Monitoring, Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Umsetzungs- und Supportprozesse sowie des Projekt- und Multiprojektmanagements

Voraussetzungen
  • fachspezifischer Fachhochschul-/Hochschulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen, Informations-/ Nachrichtentechnik oder vergleichbarmehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise für Glasfaserausbauprojekteeinschlägige Qualifikationen und Zertifikate im Projektmanagementumfeld (z.B. Black Belt/Six Sigma)idealerweise Erfahrung im Telekommunikations- und Providerbereich, insbesondere im großflächigem Glasfaserausbaustrukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise verbunden mit einem hohen Maß an EigeninitiativeDeutsch mindestens C1 und Englisch B2
