Job Title: Senior Designer (Corporate Design, Video Editing & AI Tools Expertise)Location: Madhapur, HyderabadExperience: 3–6 yearsAbout Us:Multiplier AI is a fast-growing organization working with global top 20 pharma clients, including Merck, Eli Lilly, Abbott, Cipla, Sun Pharma, Glenmark, and Galderma. As we move toward our IPO, we are building a high-performance creative and technology-driven team to accelerate our AI product initiatives and drive marketing excellence.Key Responsibilities:- Create corporate-level designs for presentations, marketing materials, pitch decks, brand assets, and internal/external communications.- Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality visual content across digital, social, and corporate platforms.- Edit and produce professional videos for campaigns, corporate communication, and social media using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools.- Leverage AI tools to automate design workflows, enhance creativity, and generate innovative visual concepts.- Design for a range of formats—static, motion, and video—aligned with brand guidelines.- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to maintain a strong and consistent brand identity.- Optimize video content for YouTube and other platforms, incorporating YouTube SEO best practices for visibility and engagement.- Stay updated on corporate design trends, AI-based design advancements, and emerging video editing techniques.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 3–6 years of experience in corporate design or creative teams (preferably from agencies, tech firms, or enterprise-level organizations).- Proven experience as a Designer/Video Editor with a strong understanding of brand-driven corporate visual communication.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Adobe Acrobat is mandatory.- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design and video tools (e.g., Runway ML, Midjourney, Kaiber, Pika Labs, etc.).- Strong portfolio showcasing corporate design, video editing, and digital campaigns.- Working knowledge of YouTube SEO, keyword optimization, and video metadata best practices.- Excellent visual storytelling skills, creativity, and keen attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deliverables, and meet tight deadlines.Why Join Us:- Opportunity to work on global corporate projects and innovative AI-driven design initiatives.- Creative, collaborative, and fast-paced work environment.- Access to cutting-edge AI design tools and technologies.- Room for career growth and professional development within a rapidly scaling organization.
