¿Qué buscamos? Estamos buscando un Experto en SEO con al menos 3 años de experiencia práctica en SEO técnico, SEO on-page y SEO off-page para unirse a nuestro equipo de marketing digital. El candidato ideal debe tener un profundo conocimiento de las últimas tendencias y mejores prácticas en SEO, así como experiencia en la implementación de estrategias que aumenten la visibilidad y el ranking de nuestros sitios web en motores de búsqueda.


Responsabilidades:


  • Realizar auditorías SEO completas para identificar deficiencias y oportunidades de mejora en nuestros sitios web.

  • Implementar estrategias de SEO técnico, incluyendo la optimización de la velocidad de carga del sitio, estructura de URLs, sitemaps, archivos robots.txt, y asegurar la indexabilidad de nuestro contenido.

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de SEO on-page, incluyendo la optimización de títulos, metadescripciones, encabezados, y el uso de palabras clave relevantes en el contenido para mejorar su relevancia y ranking en motores de búsqueda.

  • Planificar y ejecutar estrategias de SEO off-page, como la construcción de enlaces (link building), menciones de marca y estrategias de contenido para mejorar la autoridad y visibilidad de nuestro sitio web.

  • Colaborar con el equipo de contenido y diseño web para asegurar que todas las implementaciones de SEO estén alineadas con las mejores prácticas y contribuyan a una experiencia de usuario óptima.

  • Monitorear y analizar el rendimiento de SEO usando herramientas como Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs o Moz, y ajustar las estrategias basado en los datos recogidos.

  • Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias y cambios en los algoritmos de los motores de búsqueda para ajustar las estrategias de SEO de manera proactiva.


Requisitos:


  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia comprobada en SEO técnico, SEO on-page y SEO off-page.

  • Experiencia trabajando con CMS populares como WordPress, Shopify, etc.

  • Profundo conocimiento de herramientas de análisis y optimización de SEO (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).

  • Comprensión sólida de los factores de clasificación de los motores de búsqueda y las últimas prácticas de SEO.

  • Experiencia en la ejecución de campañas de construcción de enlaces y comprensión de las estrategias de contenido para SEO off-page.

  • Habilidades analíticas fuertes con la capacidad de interpretar datos de SEO y ajustar estrategias según sea necesario.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración para trabajar eficazmente con equipos interdisciplinarios.

  • Conocimiento de programación básica (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) y cómo afectan al SEO es un plus.
