Position Overview:


We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Intern to join our innovative team for a 6-month internship. This role presents an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in social media marketing within the dynamic landscape of web3 and crypto. Candidates must be recent graduates or postgraduates of the class of 2024, with a passion for social media marketing and a keen interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across various platforms, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  2. Create engaging and compelling content for social media posts, stories, and campaigns, incorporating visuals, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats.
  3. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with our audience, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on time.
  4. Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics, animations, and other assets for social media posts and ads.
  5. Implement paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, audience targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.
  6. Analyze social media metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in social media marketing and web3/crypto space.


Qualifications:


  1. Recent graduate or postgraduate of the class of 2024, with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  3. Knowledge of the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry is a plus, but not required.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset and attention to detail.
  5. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and graphic design software.
  7. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
