Role & responsibilities

As an Engineering Project Planning Engineer you will be part of the team managing PAPLs entire portfolio of projects. Youll get to:

  • Manage the entire project including timelines, resource management, budget management, financials, etc.
  • Be the single point of contact to the customers and participate in meetings, etc.
  • Support pre-sales activities such as timeline estimation, etc.
  • Partner with PAPL leadership to report on performance of projects and implement process improvements.
  • Lead due diligence and analytical support for strategic projects.
  • Build a Project Management Organization within the company as we scale.
  • Play a key role in shaping the portfolio of products offered by the company.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Degree in Management, Engineering, or similar field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in operations, project management; experience managing a complex portfolio of engineering & technology projects.
  • Demonstrated track record of designing project plans and managing resource & timeline constraints.
  • Experience working with Project Management Tools such as MS Project
  • Strong ability to gather, understand and synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations and communicate them in a digestible way.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional team members and internal/external senior stakeholders.
