We are seeking a talented Full Stack Digital Marketer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end digital marketing strategies and possess a track record of successful campaign management across multiple digital channels.
Job Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audience demographics.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
Website Management: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of company websites to ensure a seamless user experience, high conversion rates, and adherence to best practices in web design and SEO.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for various digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and advertising campaigns.
SEO and SEM: Implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to company websites. Manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and lead generation.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition across major social platforms.
Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis, to nurture leads, drive conversions, and enhance customer retention.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates across digital touchpoints through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and user experience enhancements.
Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives within budget constraints.
Experience & Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on both front-end and back-end strategies.
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, with specific experience in LinkedIn and B2B marketing.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and techniques.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and web development platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
