Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our finance and accounting functions. The CFO will play a critical role in driving financial performance, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives.Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial operations.Monitor financial performance against targets, analyzing variances and identifying areas for improvement.Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation strategies to optimize financial resources.Assess and mitigate financial risks, implementing robust controls and processes to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.Lead financial planning and analysis efforts, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning.Collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational excellence and efficiency across the organization.Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, auditors, and regulatory authorities.Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the financial landscape.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Proven track record of at least 15-20 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, solve problems, and drive business results.Experience in the IT industry or related technology sectors is preferred.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards applicable to the IT sector.
