Location: Sahibabad Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh), India

About Us:

We are a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality baby products, including toys, tricycles, walkers, magic cars, bathers, bathtubs, high chairs. As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are looking to strengthen our finance department by adding a skilled Chartered Accountant who is dedicated to maintaining our financial health and compliance.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant with strong financial acumen and experience in compliance management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial management and compliance, with experience in an auditing firm. This role will be instrumental in managing our accounts, tax filings, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
  • Month and end-year process
  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Cash receipts
  • General ledger
  • Payroll and utilities
  • Treasury, budgeting
  • Cash forecasting
  • Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
  • Capital assets reconciliations
  • Trust account statement reconciliations
  • Check runs
  • Fixed asset activity
  • Debt activity
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate, timely financial reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory law and financial regulations.
  • Coordinate and complete annual audits.
  • Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
  • Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Meet financial accounting objectives.
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with significant exposure to auditing firms.
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
